1. Remove the bumper and adjustable bumper mount plates from the truck frame rail. NOTE: The fascia will need to be permanently removed or notched for reinstallation. Discard mount plate hardware.
2. Install the support arms (Ref 8 & 9) to the truck frame rail. The passenger side will install behind the front stabilizer bar and the drivers’ side will install behind the power steering gear box. Secure the rear hole with bolts (Ref 19), washers (Ref 20) and rodnut (Ref 17). NOTE: The rodnut will allow you to position the nut through the frame rail. Use silicone to position the washer on the nut. Finger tighten the fasteners until all undercarriage parts are in place.
3. Replace the adjustable bumper mount plates by aligning the slotted holes with those in the truck frame rail, frame spacer and hanger plates (Ref 7 & 10). Each hanger plate should be positioned on the inside of the frame rail. Attach components through the top mount hole with bolts (Ref 16), washers (Ref 21) and nuts (Ref 22). NOTE: Each adjustable bumper mount plate must be positioned at its maximum height on the truck frame.
4. Position the hanger plate support brackets (Ref 6 & 11) against the hanger plate and under the frame rail. Secure the top hole in the bracket through the hanger plates, frame spacer, and bottom hole of the bumper mount plates with bolts (Ref 15), washers (Ref 21) and nuts (Ref 22) NOTE: If the vehicle is equipped with tow hooks, the tow hook bracket behind the bumper may need to be trimmed.
5. Secure each support bracket to the hanger plates using bolts (Ref 14), washers (Ref 20) and nuts (Ref 23).
6. Mount the front holes of the pushbeam (Ref 1) square with the bottom of each hanger plate using bolts (Ref 13), washers (Ref 21) and nuts (Ref 22). Align the rear holes of the pushbeam with the rear holes on the hanger plates and with the holes in the support arms. Secure all three with bolts (Ref 12), washers (Ref 21) and nuts (Ref 22). NOTE: The support arms mount on the inside of the pushbeam. Torque the pushbeam hardware according to specifications.
7. Level the pushbeam with the floor and tighten the remaining hardware according to torque specifications
8. Replace the bumper and notched fascia.
9. Position the Light Tower into the mount pockets on the push beam. Each pocket has a lock pin that secures both light tower arms. Pull out and twist each ring handle to temporarily unlock the pins. Place the light tower into the pockets and relock the pins. Mount each Plow Headlight to the light tower with the hardware kit provided.
10. Plug the connectors from the snowplow headlights into the connectors on the vehicle wire harness. Adjust both lights with the plow in the raised position.
