Read all instructions before starting any work.
1. Remove the O.E. exhaust from the flanged connections behind the catalytic converters. Lubricate the rubber isolators with WD-40, or a similar product, to aid in removal of the metal rod hangers.
2. Install DynoMax RH y-pipe 52312 and LH cross-over pipe 52313. Insert the metal rod hanger on 52312 into the rubber isolator. If required, install new exhaust gasket 31540, supplied in this kit. Finger tighten the nuts on the inlet flanges and on the 2ı⁄₂” clamp that connects the two pipes.
3. Install DynoMax Ultra Flo Welded muffler 17513. The side connection should be the inlet end. Finger tighten the 2ı⁄₂” clamp that connects this muffler to the y-pipe outlet.
4. Install DynoMax tail pipe 55346. Be sure to insert the metal rod hangers into the rubber isolators. Finger tighten the 2ı⁄₂” clamp that connects the tail pipe to the muffler outlet. See the system diagram on the back page of these instructions.
5. Beginning at the inlet end, align the system components and fully tighten all the clamps.
