- Complete Stock Intake.
- With 5/16” nut driver loosen clamps on OE tube at turbo/air box and remove. Loosen clamp at turbo and disconnect crank case line with pliers. Remove tube.
- Disconnect air temp & MAF sensor. Loosen 10mm nut holding in front of air box using wrench or socket. Lift up and pull OE air box out of vehicle.
- With 10mm socket, loosen bolt holding in radiator housing, install bracket “D” and re-tighten bolt.
- With screws provided (see step 6), install housing into vehicle. Make sure housing tab mounts up to bracket “D” from step 4.
- With 3/8” screws/nuts and washers provided install bottom of housing to factory position. Tighten using 9/16” wrench or socket. Use M6 screw/nut/washers & wavy washer and tighten housing to bracket “D” and tighten. Install air filter to cover housing, tighten using 5/16” nut driver. Place cover to bottom of housing and set to position.
- Tighten down cover housing using M6 button head screws and wavy washers.
- Install MAF sensor with gasket and screws provided.
- Install air temp sensor with screw and gasket provided. With grommet provided, install into tube.
- Install hi-temp & hump coupler with clamps provided to tube. Now install tube into vehicle. Do not tighten!
