Complete Stock passenger side intake. Please disconnect battery terminals before installation.
With 10mm socket or wrench, loosen the 2 bolts holding in lower engine cover and remove.
Disconnect MAF sensor harness. With 10mm socket or wrench loosen bolt holding in air box.
Loosen clamps on intake using 5/16” nut driver.
With pliers pull back crank case line from intake.
Remove complete intake out of vehicle.
Remove MAF sensor from stock intake.
Install MAF sensor to new tube using provided M4 screws. Attach coupling with clamps to tube. With 10mm socket or wrench loosen the 1 bolt on the radiator resovoir.
Install housing and secure to radiator support and tighten using bolt from previous step. Secure other tab using provided M6 screw, flat washers and nut.
Loosen bolt on engine securing harness bracket. First re-connect MAF sensor harness. Install into vehicle and position tube. Do not tighten clamps.
Secure tab to engine and tighten using provided M6 screw and flat washer.
Tighten all clamps using 5/16” nut driver. Attach provided 5/8” hose to intake tube and plenum.
Install air filter and tighten using 5/16” nut driver.
Your passenger side is now complete. Continue to page 3 for driver side installation.
