98 cadillac, headlights on during the day even when sunny. I would like to know if there is a way to turn them off.
- You did not say what kind of cadillac it was. But on a Seville which should be the same as other cadillacs there is a DRL Relay in the under hood Fuse/Relay box. It is the smaller relays. Pull the DRL relay and that will keep the headlights from coming on unless you turn them on with the switch inside. The emergency brake only works when the car is not moving. She wants her headlights off when she is driving.

- Daytime running lights are supposed to be on. But if all light are on (headlights taillights) look on the dash to make sure it has nothing covering light sensor.
