I need to remove the door panel to fix the window in my S-10 pickup 1991, but I cant get the crank off to remove the panel any suggestions?

- You need a door handle remover, in order to remove circlip that holds the handle in place.
- There is a tool for it but a wire hanger will work bent it about a 1/4 inch hook slide it down behind crank and hook the lock ring and pull remove handle and replace ring when you put it back on just give it a wack
- Push in the panel. the handle has a clip. pull it out and the handle should come out with a little pull and wiggle.
- I think you need a special tool to remove the clip that holds the handle in place. You may be able to buy one or borrow for free from Auto zone or Kragen etc.
