Your new floor liner is custom molded to fit your Mazda CX-9. The liner is made to take the place of your factory floor mat. For correct fit, it is necessary to remove the factory floor mats before installing your new floor liner. However, do not remove the factory-installed carpeting. Your liner is made from an engineering resin that is lightweight and extremely tough and durable. The easiest way to clean your liner is with a damp cloth or sponge. If using a cleaner, 409о or Glass Plusо work well. Use of Armor Allо, Son-of-a-Gunо or similar items is discouraged as these products make the liner slick.
Installation for use without 3rd row seat access before installing your husky floor liner first make sure the front row seats are moved to their most forward positions. then, move the second row seats to their most rearward positions. With this completed, insert liner into vehicle with the liner tilted down in the back so that the rear edge of the liner can be tucked underneath the slide release handle of the second row seat. The liner must be positioned under this handle to fit properly.
Installation for use with access to 3rd row seats to allow the second row seats to slide forward and thereby gain 3rd row seat access, you will need to trim your liner as shown (see figure 1 and figure 2 on the back of this page). Once liner is trimmed, follow instructions above to install liner in vehicle. Vehicle with the liner tilted down in the back so that the rear edge of the liner can be tucked underneath the slide release handle of the second row seat. The liner must be positioned under this handle to fit properly.
