99 Ford Super Duty Centurion Clamp Mount Installation Guide

This document provides all the necessary information to allow your Whelen product to be properly and safely installed. Before beginning the installation and/or operation of your new product, the installation technician and operator must read this manual completely. Important information is contained herein that could prevent serious injury or damage.

INSTALLATION:
1. Position the lightbar in the desired location. Refer to your lightbar manual for cable exit location, to be sure that the lightbar is facing the proper direction.

1933-1934 Ford Crossmember Kit Installation Instructions

Remember the basic rule for a successful installation:
1. Start by supporting the car on 4 jack stands. The car should be sitting on approximately the same angle as it does on the ground, or slightly lower in front. (If you are using a new pair of boxed frame rails, you can skip to step 5.)
2. Remove all the old front suspension components. We would recommend that at this point, you tack weld or clamp a temporary brace across the frame rails in front of the old crossmember as shown in Figure 1. This helps to maintain the rail dimension after the old crossmember is removed. Lastly, remove the old crossmember by drilling out the rivets.

04-07 Ford F-150 4.6/5.4L 3v V8 JBA Headers Instructions

Installation recommendation: JBA recommends in most cases that the vehicle be taken to a reputable exhaust shop.
For 30-2535 and 50-2535 Only For Super cab/short bed trucks relocate the front muffler hanger to the hole on the side of the frame.
Start:
1. Remove and inventory new JBA exhaust system.
2. Disconnect negative battery cable and allow vehicle to cool.
3. Loosen the clamp connecting the factory intermediate pipe to the head pipe assembly

Ford Long Travel Air Bag Instructions

This air bag system was designed around a stock exhaust configuration. Some aftermarket exhaust systems will require modifications to the tail pipe!
• We recommend installation be done by a trained professional.
• Read instructions carefully before attempting installation.
• Secure and properly block vehicle prior to installation.
NOTE: Installation will be done with rear axle at full droop (extended).
NOTE: Bumpstop tangs must be cut off factory block if factory block is being used!

2005 Ford F250, F350 Super Duty 5.4L Dynomax Kit 19410 Installation Instructions

Read all instructions before starting any work.
1. Remove the O.E. inlet pipe/muffler/tail pipe welded assembly from the vehicle. Lubricate the rubber isolators with WD-40, or a similar product, to aid in removal of the metal rod hangers. Do NOT remove the exhaust pipe just ahead of the welded muffler assembly
2. Install DynoMax inlet pipe 52240. Insert the metal rod hanger into the rubber isolator on the passenger side frame. Finger tighten the 3″ inlet end clamp.
3. Install DynoMax Super Turbo Muffler 17792. Either end of the muffler can be installed as the inlet. Finger tighten the 3″ inlet end clamp.

2000-2003 Ford Focus 2.0L Zetec Cold Air System Installation Instructions

Removing the stock air intake system
a) Loosen the hose clamps attaching the primary stock intake pipe to the throttle body and the primary stock intake pipe to the mass air flow sensor.
i) Remove the primary stock intake pipe.
b) Disconnect the wiring harness from the mass air flow sensor.
c) Remove the sensor from the stock intake piping using the supplied Torx™ tool and set aside as it will be used in the installation of the AEM intake. Be careful not to damage the mass air flow sensor.
d) Remove the breather hose from the valve cover to the air cleaner housing.
e) Remove the air cleaner housing from the vehicle. This is done by pulling straight up on the housing. There are no bolts holding the housing in.

2005-2008 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L V8 Part #3505 Installation Instructions

1. Start by disconnecting the wire harness from the MAF sensor as shown.
2. Next loosen the hose clamp that attaches the stock air tube to the stock air box as shown.
3. Remove the bolt that holds the stock air box in place and set aside for reuse with the MAC air system.
4. Next remove the stock air box from the stock location as shown.
5. Remove the rubber grommets from the stock air box located under the box and reinstall them into the stock location as shown.
6. Remove the MAF sensor from the stock air box cover as shown using the T-20 torx bit supplied in the kit and set aside for reuse.
7. Install the support posts (2) the MAC air dam as shown and tighten.
8. Install the MAC air dam into the rubber grommets and install the “S” shaped bracket and tighten using the stock hardware.

1998-2004 Ford Ranger JBA Headers Installation Instructions

TO START:
1. Remove and inventory JBA exhaust
2. Disconnect negative battery cable and allow vehicle exhaust to cool.
3. With the vehicle raised and properly supported, use a 15mm socket to remove the bolts that attach the exhaust system to the Catalytic converter.
4. Using a pry bar or a pair of channel lock pliers, remove hangers from rubber isolators at the top of the muffler.
5. Using the channel lock pliers, remove the tail pipe hanger from the rubber isolator.
6. Remove the original exhaust system from the vehicle.

1997-2002 Ford F-150/Expedition Powerdyne Supercharger kit Installation Instructions

This manual is intended for the installation of Powerdyne Supercharger kit, Part Number K10407-101 and K10410-101 on Ford F-150 and Expedition with the 4.7L and 5.4 liter motor, model years 1997-2000. This kit is designed to be 50 state smog legal and as of the writing of this manual C.A.R.B. (California Air Resources Board) exemption is pending. This kit already complies with EPA memorandum 1A, making it smog legal in 49 states providing your states pollution laws do not supercede EPA memorandum 1A.

2005–up Mustang “Engine Start” Push-Button Instruction Sheet

The following information describes the installation procedure for the M-11572-GT “ENGINE START” push-button
into a 2005-‘09 Mustang.
STEP 1: Start by removing the (2) screws found at the rear of the center console underneath the armrest.
STEP 2: Remove the trim plate which surrounds the Shifter Handle (Auto) or Shifter Boot (Manual).
Note: Manual transmission applications will require removing the shifter knob first. This can be removed by simply unscrewing it in a counter-clockwise direction.
